Key Free Initiatives By Sadik IAS Academy

In recent years, the number of UPSC aspirants has increased dramatically in our country. However, for many people, affordable coaching is still out of reach. Under the skilled leadership of our founder, Mr. Sadik, we at Sadik IAS Academy have launched a series of free initiatives to assist aspiring civil servants.

Bodhisattva

There are many UPSC aspirants who belong to economically backward strata are facing hurdles in clearing the exam due to a lack of proper guidance. To help such students, Sadik IAS Academy has started the Bodhisattva Programme. The initiative is a free personal mentorship program started in the year 2019 and is conducted by our founder Mr. MA Sadik. Every year deserving aspirants are identified and shortlisted for further training by Sadik Sir. Over the years, it has become one of the most sought-after and popular programs amongst the students, with more the 300+ students having been benefited from it.

Some of the salient features of the program include the following:

Daily tasks are assigned to the students to help them prepare for the examination

One on one interaction with subject matter experts for a better understanding of the concepts.

Periodic tests and evaluations are carried out to keep track of the student's progress

Assessment of individual strengths and weaknesses of the students is done, and feedback for further improvement is given.
